Three 1 minute rounds for time:
1. DB Thrusters 45 lbs
2. Box Jumps 20" box
3. Push Ups
4. Double Unders
5. Calorie Row
*Rest 1 minute between rounds
**In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Post total score to comments.

You do each exercise for a minute and then move immediately to the next one until you finish all 5 and then you take a break. Right?
I'm just making sure. It's 3 rounds of all 5 exercises. 15 minutes, ha. I love how that works out in CFFB. Awesome.

You may kill it on DUs but your total score for the workout will measure your total fitness.
Try breaking 321RX, nice work BK.

I did 65# on the SDHP, is this the right weight? What is the conversion to calories? 3 reps counts as one calorie or what? Sorry if it is somewhere
Thanks

I do know Chandler, but I don't think it's me he's talking about. I've actually just started working CF Football into my training for the Games. :)

Just wanted to thank you for this site. I had been looking to incorporate more movements that involve lateral movements into my crossfit workouts and you just made it a whole lot easier for me. Also love the fact that I have 3 workouts to choose between each day. Fantastic. great job on the explanation on the theory behind CF Football.
